HARPER369..wish i could tell you how to solve the family dilemma but i can't. i have the same family and usually i try to make them what they want but still get what i need out of the meal too. i'm the only one that shops for my family so if i don't buy it, they don't get it. last weekend my step kids were all like "where are the snacks?" it took them a minute to get use to it but before i knew it they were asking for fruit. my husband is kinda starting to get on board and i think having a little fun putting things together. he's a good cook so i do enjoy that!
anyway...
baby steps..we'll get there. just be the best example u can for the rest of the family and it will all fall into place.
good luck to you!!!

Hi
I have tried everything and this sounds better, lol, I plan a menu around veggies only plan to select chicken, fish for meats and if it has more than 1 or 2 ingredients it does not go into my shopping cart, well for me anyway, hard to stick with when the family you cook for likes proccessed, lol, planning meals this evening and am looking forward to feed back and ... well any help, ides I can get from felow members, I love my veggies and have been wanting to eliminate proccessed foods for wahile know , my gut has been nagging at me and I think its about time I listen, I want to be healthy and look well.
thanks

( only those who risk going to far know how far they can go)

self control is knowing you can and deciding you wont

the only thing you can't do ....is what you dont think you can do!!!!!.

Hi my name is Toni and I'm new to Sparks People. Would like to lose the weight in a way that is not extremely hard to do. I have about 35 or more pounds to lose. Would like to refer my daughter to Sparks People but don't know how.

Welcome to the team. I joined this team in hopes of improving my clean eating. I am about 85% clean, but I still struggle with a few things.

Good luck to you.
