hello everyone, i am new here and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am 39 years old I am obese and I have dealt with obesity most of my life. I am an emotional eater and I also eat when I am bored. I have finally told myself enough is enough. I am going to regain control of my eating. I know Its gonna take some time, I have been eating like this for years and yo yo dieting. I know its gonna take some time. I also have medical issues going on because of my weight and eating habits I have acid reflux/gerd, IBS., and maybe sleep apnea, also back aches and pains in my knees. Enough of me going on about my problems. I want to start an exercise regimen but unsure how to start or what exercises are right for me. I know walking is good and I want to start walking it is just building up motivation. Any Advice Please
