Hi Cindy! I am not a big workout buff so far, but I am doing great by tracking my food, which has led to drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables. My resting heart rate has come down, which was a surprise to me. I also have youngsters in my home, and they do eat a lot!
Ok, so now I am new to this and I don't even know if I can do this. But I am sure going to give it a good try. I need to lose at least 200 lbs. I am raising my grandson who is 15 yrs old and man is it hard to cook for him and cook for me. I hope to make many friends on here. I really need outside ppl. to help me. I mean I have my family and no friends. But I don't get anywhere. I just pray to God that I can get this weight off. I am 52 yrs old. And I don't have alot of strength. So if anyone out there can help me then I would really appreciate it. Oh yeah I am disabled with a bad back , so that makes it very difficult to lost the weight and excercise too.
