welcome to the team i see your problem my hubby wo`nt eat any friut or veg so he cooks his own stuff, this time of year there is a lot of exiting veg in season, squashes, pumkins etc you could always try your hubby on soups and stews you can flavour your soups and stews with herbs and spices i am sure you will find somthing you will both like.
i steam most of my food fish, chicken all veggies

Hello - My name is Ruth (rktk) I will be looking for help in eating healthier foods and prepairing them so my hubby will eat them with me - He can be a little picky (no yogurt - brockley - ) but loves ( chicken and dumplings - tuna noodle carcerol ) so you can see some of my problem - sure hope you all have some good idears for me and pointers this old lady can pick up - thanks - Ruth

Hello! I'm new to this team, but not to Spark. I actually want to introduce myself and extend an invitation to the members of this team to my CLEAN EATS RECIPES team. I thought members here would be interested as GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE! LOL!
My team's focus is eating clean food (no processed foods such as white sugar or flour, chemicals, preservatives, etc) and exchanging recipes. There is a team cookbook that contains only healthy food and ingredients and the recipes are shared among members. We have weekly and monthly challenges and try to CLEAN-UP old recipe FAVORITES.
If you are interested the link for the team is below in my signature, and the link for the team cookbook is there also. You don't have to become a member to enjoy the cookbook...
