Welcome.

I have found that eating real food had made a big difference in my health and the health of my family too.

For me the hard part is learning to prepare food from scratch. I have paid a chef to give me lessons. And I have asked older friends to teach me their favorites.

Hi! My name is Jen, I am 28, live in Michigan and I'm a SAHM to 3. I've noticed recently that the more processed foods I eat, the worse I feel. I'm trying to incorporate more meatless meals, and making my meals as less processed as possible!
