Welcome. I have found that planning is really my best use of time. It is so easy to grab something on the go. But if I plan ahead and have something healthy in mind for meals it is easy to get done. And it has made life calmer for my family. My question has gone from "what should we eat now" to "Does anyone have a request for this week"?

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am new to this.
I am a mother of two boys who love to eat and I need to lose 25 pounds the healthy way. I have two jobs and with my mommy and wife duties I usually eat on the go or have something quick and not healthy.
I am hoping for some advice on the healthy choices and recipes to utilize in losing my weight and becoming a healthy role modelue for my kids.
I will lose this weight for good!!!
