My name is Kim, and I am just getting back to eating well again. Crazy, since i love good food, cooking and fresh fruits and veg. Laziness, i guess is why i went back to the crap for entirely too long. I still ate good foods, but had entirely too much garbage on hand. In a pinch i got back into the habit of grabbing the bad stuff for snacks and many of my quick meals, and then that "in a pinch' moment turned into the norm for lunch snacks etc. Wonder why it is, when bad habits start sneaking in, it seems I quickly forget how much more I truly enjoy the good stuff??
Being prepared has helped so much. I am keeping my fridge stocked, cutting up and preparing quick grab snacks, dips, salads etc... the day I get home from the grocery. And I am having fun cooking meals for myself :)
Anyway, I am 2 weeks and 3 days back into the groove and down 7! Hip hip hoo-ray!
