I was really surprised once I started to check labels all of the hidden useless calories :( We use to eat late night,,,those days are gone. Thanks for the encouragement...The more support the better emoticon

Good luck with that...I am real unsure of trying anything black LOL green, yellow,ok for beans not a huge fan of black emoticon I have found alot of great recipe ideas that I went & bought the ingredients for I'll let you know which ones I tried & if I think they are WORTH trying

Hi, I'm new to this team also. Welcome. Check out the eating black foods thread. I just went out and bought black soy beans, I couldn't find them in dried form, so I bought them canned. Yum, they really improved my turkey sandwich. I also picked up some black rice at the health food store. Should be interesting to taste, no one had tried it at the health food store.

Hi.. I am 42 years old and am trying to lose 50 pounds the healthy way so I can maintain it. I know the key for me is right choices and WHEN I eat them emoticon I am a mom of 3 boys and work full time which requires ALOT of travel I also take care of my 80 year old parents,,you would think with all of the running I do the weight would melt off...NOT SO!!!!!
