If you're consistent, after a while, it will become second nature and you won't want more. Making sure you don't wait until you're famished to eat something also helps.

I'm looking for a weekly buddy to share our food/exercise journals with for motivation purposes. My goal is to have someone to share food ideas, encouragement and accountability. I've found it a bit more difficult to over consume when I know someone else will be seeing my daily log. I already have healthy food habits, but love to eat and my portions are making it difficult for me to lose my last 10 pounds.
