Hello! I just moved here. I'm at 236 but don't really want to stay in this town too long. I lived here in 230ville once before and I'm happy to be back compared to where I just came from but I'm really ready to move on down the road.

Everyone, I never thought I would be back but this will be my 3rd time! I hope it will be my last. I am starting the fall challenge Oct 6th in two days and will weigh in on Sat. I know I am somewhere in the 230's. I hope once I leave here I won't return. I let my self go this summer & went completely off my diet eating ALL the wrong things! I went from 210ville to 230ville just that quick. I hope my stay will be short!

Sadly my weight shot back and I was back in the 250s. Wednesday morning the scale read 238, so I'm BAAAAAACK! This time I going to exit on the 220-ville side and never come back this way again.

In 2009 I lost 73 lbs. but I stopped eating well, and working out and now I back where I never wanted to be the 230's again. But as of last Sunday August 19th I started to take my life back. I have been eating well and working out all week and I have dropped almost 6 lbs. So I am here until I am gone which will be by the end of this week. 3lbs. to go!!!!!!! love ya but can't wait to leave ya.

Hi everyone! My name is Jen and I just restarted sparkpeople a little over a week ago. I'm in 230ville right now and looking to move into 220ville soon! I'm starting out just watching what I eat, but very soon I plan to introduce exercise. I've been sick for a few weeks so as soon as my lungs recover enough I plan to start running. Hopefully my stay here isn't too long, but I hope to get to know you all while I am here!

Just checking in here before I leave the team. I was curious to find out exactly when I joined this 'Ville'. It was 5/11. I officially hit '220-Ville' on the 22nd of June. So 5.5 weeks? I just weighed in at 239.6. it took me almost 6 months to lose this 10 pounds, so my aim is to lose the next in 3 months. I want to lose at SUSTAINABLE levels. and not over do it. i don't mind if i only lose 30 or 40 pounds in a year as long as its something i can maintain, y'know.

Hi, My name is Linda and Iv'e been here before. Gained weight during the summer when most people are losing it! Summertime is the worst for me. Camping, hamburgers, hotdogs and more hotdogs! HI, just made it to the interstate and hope there isn't any traffic jams along the way. I have teetered on the edge of 240 for so long, I just wanted to wait until I was at least good pound under. Felt really good to see that one pound. It can make all the difference in motivation. Looking forward to working my butt off and head south through the fall/winter.

I over did it yesterday but it sure paid off. I'm down 5.4 lbs for the past week and 10.8 lbs for the month. I made my first mini goal of 10 lbs!! I'm now 236.2. This is the most I've lost in over 8 months.

Hi I am just entering at 238 today. I'm trying to make smaller goals so I can actually feel like I am accomplishing something instead of being frustrated at having so far to go. I have been back on track for 3 and a half weeks and I finally have the full support of my husband for how I need to do things. He is of the mind that you should be able to eat whatever you want as long as you workout. But that doesn't work for me and it has taken almost 5 years for him to realize this. Finally! No more sabotage and it is working! Slowly, but it is working.

239! I just got here from 240 ville on Saturday. It took forever for me to get (back) out of 240 ville after some weight gain after being laid off/depressed/etc. One more lb and I'm officially back at down 50 lbs from my heaviest. About 11 more and I will say I've officially busted through my plateau! =)

Just entered 230-ville on friday while in the hospital being treated for mono. (Was 239.9 upon being admitted.) Weighed in this morning @ 231.2. Not sure if I'll be able to keep it off once I've recovered...

I just came into 230-ville after leaving 240-ville. I don't really plan on unpacking everything yet though because I have a feeling I will be moving into 220-ville in a few weeks. Looks like this will be a nice place in the mean time though. Its been 2 years since I was last in 230-ville!

Finally found my way back after the holidays!! Missed 230ville. Haven't posted in a while because I was back up in 240ville and didn't feel like it was right for me to participate in this team until I was officially back. This morning - 239.6!! So, IM BACK!

Dear God I am not even sure how I lost track so badly and ended up back in 230-ville but here I am. So lets all do our best to get the heck out of town!!!
Hi! I've been here before, but I plan for this to be the last time! I started a 12 week challenge at the beginning of the year (@ 243) and got into the 230's the first week, but it's been slow going since then. I am logging ALL my food every day and I am increasing my exercise every week. In the challenge we make weekly goals and I find that really helps me to push harder. I hope we all move through this town quickly!!

Hi! I'm Michele. I just weighed in at 239.2 on Wednesday and I'm hoping to get out of the 230's pretty quickly. I've been in the 230's twice before when losing. Last time I lost 120 pounds, then I got pregnant and gained back half of that. My baby just turned 6 months old and I was still close to what I weighed when he was born so I just really started losing again last week.

I am around 235 and hope in a few months i will be out of the 230s. As this is the year dedicated to me and my weight loss journey as for now there is no cargiving which has occupied my life for the past 7 years caring for a parent with alzheimers.

Hi all! Last year at this time I was at 238. I lost 18 pounds and gained back 15. So today I am at 235. I found the "leaving -villes" in my 220's last year so technically I guess I'm still new to this team. I have joined a gym this year and have actually been going and doing workouts (TRIUMPH!)
I am hoping this year I can gradually take off the weight without becoming obsessed with food (ie: whats for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.....last year it seemed like that's all I could do is research recipes and try to figure out "well if I have this for breakfast and this for lunch I can only have this for dinner but if I have THIS for lunch instead then......and on and on and on.....) I want to live my life not let food obstruct that.....so any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
