I'm on my second week of raw. I'm not quite 811 yet because of too many nuts/seeds but I'm feeling fantastic too. Glad to have you aboard!

I just got my copy of the 80-10-10 diet by Douglas N. Graham and am excited to be on this journey. I've been raw only two months but the changes are fantastic.
My aches and pains are totally gone, I sleep better, my digestion is excellent (no more acid reflux), and I have a general well being and feeling of health.
I don't think I will ever go back to eating animal products and processed foods. I'm losing weight effortlessly. This is easy and tastes sooo good!
I'm open to any advice or suggestions. What a great team!
