Thanks for the tip. I checked it out the other day - and it is very easy to use! I just wish there was a way to incorporate it into sparkpeople.

I agree, the cronometer.com is amazing! So much easier to track everything that goes into your system. I can't wait to have spring/summer come around to go fully raw. Hooray!

That's awesome. I really admire you. I went raw for 4 days but found it hard to handle social situations. Right now I'm trying to start small and work up to it. My current goal is to have a smoothie or fresh juice every morning.

That site definitely helps a ton :)

I've been doing 80/10/10 for about a year now. I'm pretty much 100% if you count occasional pasteurized organic juice when I run out of ripe fruit.

What has your journey with raw foods been like?

DANIKAYOGA - Thanks for the encouragement! :)
I will check into cronometer - I think I have heard of that before but haven't spent much time there.
Are you 100% raw and 80/10/10?

Thanks :)

How is going raw working? I'm looking for an accountability partner to help with going raw. It seems I struggle a lot with having no support!

Hello and Welcome!

It takes a lot of work to get this diet right but it's worth it every bit!

I get bananas in bulk every week and occasionally other fruits. I haven't tried ordering much online other than dates but there are places you can order from online.

Here are some great ways to find bulk produce

Wholesalers
Farmer's Markets
Co-ops can order you cases of fruit as well as some grocery stores. Whole Foods has a case discount price.

7 Hot Dates has some of the best dates around! Here is the link to them

Hey all! So, I've been vegan for about 6 months and am making the switch to being a low fat raw vegan! I read 80 10 10 and everything just seems so simple and commonsense! But not necessarily easy... Do you all buy your fruits and veggies in bulk? I live in a rural area and don't think I'd order enough to buy in bulk, but it's starting to get a little pricey!
