I'd say sign on daily if possible and use the Fitness and Nutrition Trackers to let you see exactly where you stand each day- it will help you keep on track more than stepping on the scale- or at least I think it does. If there's a new topic you'd like to start, feel free- this team has it's ups and downs with how busy we are on here.
Hiyas!! I wasnt here long befor, I hope that will not be the case this time! As for my curly hair, I went through some bad care, bleach on my whole head TWICE (long story) but my curls are gone!! Well, not completly, they are starting to come back on the ends...OMG what a horrible experience!! I am glad to be back!!!
