My first round with phen, I did not lose weight the first week. I also was starving! I had to play around with my timing of breakfast & pill to discover what worked best for me. My doc told me to take my phen on an empty stomach in the morning. I figured out that for me it works best if I eat a good breakfast first then take my pill 2 hours later (around 10am). Then I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to eat every 3 hours.
I'm a big advocate of protein. I highly recommend have some protein with every meal & snack. If you have an apple the add some peanu butter with it, or a stick of cheese, some almonds, etc.
Keep after it.
