Congratulations on your quit. It can be a struggle but take it one day at a time and sometimes I was taking it one deep breath at a time. And that was more than 4 years ago.

Good for you, keep it up!! The first few weeks are the hardest but I promise you it will all get easier. I quit last year cold turkey, I just celebrated my one year anniversary on June 11th. I smoked for over 20 years. Don't give up, you are going to get so many benefits by giving up those nasty cancer sticks!!

Hi everybody trying to loose weight and currently on my quit. I'm using the patch for the first week and then after that, I have to quit them. I don't have the money to buy anymore, wowsier did you see how expensive they have gotten!

Anyway I hope to meet everyone here and please people keep your quits.
