Hi there, welcome! Congratulations on your quit!
Today is my quit day. I'm not really sure if I can do this but I have had two very successful quits in the past so I know that I'm strong enough to make it. With this quit I'm turning to exercise to beat the cravings and help with the stress.
I have been a smoker for too many years now and I really don't want to quit but I need to because it is affecting my lungs and my doc told me that they sound like I might have early COPD. Smoking just isn't worth hurting my health anymore.
