What works for me is being a member of nicotine-anonymous.org (now for 15 years!). I go to 2 meetings a week and give of myself to the fellowship in service work. If there are no live meetings near you, there are both daily bridge phone and online meeting groups, so you can always "go to a meeting". Their literature is great, too. Working this program has helped me in all the phases of my life and I've benefited beyond my wildest dreams.

I have two wonderful kids and a great hubby. I need to loose some weight and quit smoking so I can be more active and do more things with my family. I am busy with a two shift job, and donate quite a bit of time to our church. Does anyone have any tips? Have a blessed holiday season!
