The sleeping extra is normal when you quit. As far as a headache goes, make sure you are drinking LOTS of water to flush out your system. Also, whenever you can stretch get up and jaunt around the block. It's the only way you'll breathe in some fresh wholesome air. As smokers the only deep breaths we took were the toxic poison mix.
