Hi Jessica, welcome!
I found all the tips, techniques, and training along with great group support by joining nicotine-anonymous.org
I have been a member for 15 years, just celebrated my 13 year nicotine free anniversary, and continue to attend meetings and perform service to the fellowship. The tools of the program are so powerful that I find I can use them in all my affairs.
We can do together what we cannot do alone. There are fabulous in person meetings, but if you can't find one within an hour's drive from where you are, there are daily phone bridge meetings and daily online meetings as well.
Contact me if I can be of any further assistance to you. It's a wonderful process.

My name is Jessica and I'm a smoker. I wasn't really planning on quitting but when i went on anti depressants my doctor got sneaky and put me on some that had some smoking cessation properties. Because I didn't really plan to quit I didn't really have time to prepare and I'm feeling a little lost in this time of transition. i'm looking for some support and some techniques to deal with the changes in my life.
