Welcome to the team. Five months is a very good accomplishment. What works for me is to participate in the meetings of nicotine-anonymous.org because I get support and learn how to apply tools for living that keep on ticking. The in person meetings are the best but there are also VONR meetings (online) and bridge meetings (phone) if you aren't within an hour of any live meetings. The cravings are now thoughts, but stress in life can trigger some instantaneous knee jerk impulses. NicA prevents us from acting out on those impulses. I recommend you see if you like the meetings.
