My name's Tara, and today is my first day without a cigarette. It's is NOT (however) my first quit. To be honest, I lost track of how many times I've tried to quit. I've had tons of false starts, a few good runs, but always go back to the smokes. I guess that's addiction for you.
At any rate, I'm just trying to take this one day at a time. I also wanted to join this group for the weight issues that come along with quitting. I figured it's an all-in-one stop for your quit smoking needs!
I'm talking your ear off, so I'll go now. Just wanted to introduce myself, and I hope to get to know many of you!
Of course it's hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it. The "hard" is what makes it so great.
