How fabulous that you put them back down. With your history of not smoking, you have lots of great memories about the freedom and joy, peace and serenity that being "smober" provides.
With grace and self esteem, honor the Passionate Tiger in You. Refresh your personal high regard (daily) in order to live happy, joyous and free.
You can make it!
Great !!!! You can do this !!! I too have been through massive life changes in the past 2 years & I find that for me when everything is falling apart & not my normal comfort zone is a great time to change everything up.
I'm 59 and seem to be quitting everything! Separated, losing weight, moving, and looking to change jobs. If that isn't enough.... I quit smoking again.
I quit years ago for a couple years. Then 10 years ago I quit and stayed quit for 8 years. Then I went to a pub crawl and smoked one cigarette... back to 1 1/2 packs a day nervous/boredom smoker. Last weekend I got really sick with throat/cough etc so I didn't smoke for 3 days and decided that's a good start so I've quit again - hopefully for the last time. It's been 10 days and not one puff.
