Good day! Today is the day I just stopped smoking, I am not using any aids just trying it cold turkey, so at 3:05pm EST I had my last smoke!! So Far It's going ok...... this is like my 5th time trying to stop smoking, last time was in april and I only made it 3 days then I went back to smoking again...... but i have a good feeling about this time and I believe that this will be the last time that I try quiting because I am going to do it!
