I relay on local forest preserves for my "outdoorsy hikes" The morning is around the neighborhood.
back! I've been a lot less active over the past few months myself but think it's time to 're-activate' myself so I'm going to make a little more effort to get on Spark. Even 'local hikes' can be a lot of fun - I've been doing mostly short hikes in our local area, although I've been fortunate to get out on a couple of trips for a change of scenery. Good luck on your journeys!

Welcome back, and even if it's in the neighborhood, it's still outside, so enjoy your hiking!

Hi Everyone! I've been a member for awhile but have been gone so I thought I should reintroduce myself. I love to hike but I live in suburbia and I pretty much have to settle for walking is Forest Preserves or the neighborhood. But it is still enjoyable!
