My name's Kathleen and I have an ultimate goal of losing about 50lbs. I'm starting smaller, though, so I don't psych myself out, haha. Anyway, I recently returned to school and work part-time. I'm definitely an emotional eater, so I think if I get that under control, in addition to eating healthier and exercising, I'll feel a lot better. I have anxiety along with some depressive symptoms, so I'm hoping these changes will help with that as well. Good luck to all of you and see you on the boards :)
