With the sun shining in my window, and all those fun summer clothes staring me in the face, I realize that I've put back on all the weight I lost last summer. I am not really a new member, but have been away for awhile. I'm starting to exercise more, eating less and finding I have energy to get moving.
Any exciting spring/summer activites that anyone can recommend would be appreciated. I get out walking and swimming with my husband, and dancing at work, so what else can I do outside?
