New SW~~ Hi I am not sure when weigh-in is, but maybe we could start on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
I still have 14lbs to go, and I will be posting my weight elsewhere on Wednesday so I will check in here too.

What are you doing to improve your life, what kind of exercise are you doing or ...?

I just finished "#19 BLC weight loss challenge" and lost 10lbs in 12 weeks. Was the best thing to get me over my usual '2-3 week weigh loss programs' that then end and I put the weight back on. So now I need to find a SP Buddy to keep accountable with and share our journey.

April 21st- 140.4 Down another pound since last week. I reached my 10 lbs weight loss of 140.4 on tuesday and i haven't lost any more. I have been at 140.4 for 4 days.

Good luck!

I gained two lbs, from 143 to 145. Oh no! And I lost an inch around my waist. That's great, but I gained 1/2 an inch around my hips and 1/2 an inch around my thighs. So this seems like a strange week...

Hope you are staying on track. I still have not weighed-in, but I feel better and am exercising again. Was recommended "Sugar Busters" a book on eliminating white sugar, rice, potatoes.
It is easy to read and understand. I checked it out at the library and will now be buying my own.

Morning Zacsmom,
I need all the luck too; I have spent money on LA Weight Loss, Weight Watchers, every diet mix, book, pill, and trick. I have eaten all the bacon you can for months. Now I am researching Ultrasound weight loss, a non-invasive just approved in the US (1yr ago) machine.

I know better, but I still think there is a magic pill or magic something that somebody is keeping from me.
I know the math "What goes in = Less then goes out".
Last night instead of going to the freezer for a cinnamon roll, I ate carrots.
OK that had to help, now if we can both learn other habits.

I am trying to do the best i can with what i have. My boyfriend is 300 lbs more than me so he needs to lose weight too but it's hard when we don't live together. He has high blood pressure, diabetes, knee problems and back problems. He also retains water. It's hard for him too. I am trying to help him along with helping myself. We both need to lose weight him more so then me though i only need to lose like 25 lbs and he needs to lose 100+ lbs. I made a spark page for him but he hardly gets on it. We both need encouragement we both eat way too much fast food. Maybe as soon as i get him to make himself a spark page you can friend him too. I wish you luck. We can do this together! emoticon

WOW Zacsmom,
That is a tough one having fast food smelling up the house. That even makes me hunger and I have eaten dinner.

Mine is cinnamon rolls with white frosting. My husband does not need to watch his weight so he eats, pizza, pastries, sugary drinks, and no vegetables.

I just keep trying and have to deal with my ups and downs. some day I do believe I can get this right.
I will be thinking of you and hope we can will willpower to each-other over the web.

I've tried losing weight in the past and it's always been hard for me. I live with my sister all she eats is fast food and take out. She never cooks a meal and i hate it. I try not to eat it but it's so tempting and i try to get my 6 year old to eat what i cook but all he wants is the junk they eat. Need help!!!

I seen your post about gaining weight. I am so sorry, hope today things are back on track for you. I too have gained weight and will start over.

Maybe we can help each-other. I recently seen some SP members talking about PB2, dry peanut butter, anyways I Googled it, found a store, and it is good in my morning smoothies.

What are you doing for exercise? I found a SP blog that keeps track of steps and one with weekly challenges, this week document daily all you eat. You interested in those?
