I am new to this team and hoping I can learn,share, give and receive support here.
I am once again attempting to lose weight after many failed starts, due to plain lack of energy, motivation and just bleh feeling overall.
I switched from sythroid to armour 30 mgs 2 weeks ago and I feel less achy, not having the horrible side effects of synthroid(palpitations), feel less foggy and a tad bit more energy....
This has roused me to once again be aware of what I am eating, log it, write it, plan it and see if this weight comes off.
I am also taking 50,000 iu if Vitamin D once a week(prescribed) I had very low D levels...soon going to taper off to 5,000 iu once a day levels went up from 17 to 80...hope to get them to 90-100.
I am also PCOS....so I have a myriad of thryroid symptoms that are similar to PCOS symptoms.... bleh :(
