Good morning and Happy Valentines Day!! Couldn't be a better day to get back on track to healthy living. I'm a 55 yr old mother of two, grandmother of 3. I babysit my grandkids 5 days a week and I need to get fit so I can keep up with them. About 3 yrs ago when I was at my fittest, I had major surgery that set me back to my "chubby years". Lack of exercise, enthusiasm and support, I started to gain back part of the 70 pounds that I had previously said GOOD BYE to over a 5 year period. I've decided I need to kiss those pounds GOOD BYE for good and get back on track to a Healthy ME!!!
