I don't walk outside in the winter anymore, got slight frostbite on my fingers a few years ago. I do walk at home DVDs that I can rent at library. Also, just found Leslie Sansone's WalkatHome website. They have workout Videos on the site you can use for free, plus some to buy.
I try to sometimes make a game out of my walks and I'll jog to the nearest light pole or 3 light poles up or then sprint to one, jump over speedbumps and jump/jog a bit. You can also try adding ankle or wrist weights and really pump your legs/arms.
I will be where I want to be one day, but I'm the only one who can make it happen!
