Words of Wisdom: You got a good jumpstart, now do what still needs to be done, exercise, track what you eat, and eat properly. The best to you on your journey. And do understand that this is a LIFE time journey. There are no quick fixes.
God Bless you.

Hi Im Crisy145, I Just want to share my story since I just joined the group! 7 monthes ago, I under went the gastric sleeve proceeder. So people say I cheated because I got surgery but I think I used an avaible tool to help me. And it hasnt all been peaches and cream! I went in at 326lbs and now weight 215lbs. The weight has started coming off very slowly and I want to make sure I continue to progress down the correct path. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated...
