back Sharon! Actually, the 5 is a combination of both fruits and veggies. And yes, however, you can get them in is good. It is better to eat a fruit for a snack than a bag of chips or something from the vending machine. I like to have applesauce sweetened or unsweetened. I also like the Del Monte fruit cups. They can get them in the produce section or in the aisle. Of course you can make a smoothie (good snack), and something I really like is to blend a banana and a cup of milk. I've been on a vanilla soymilk kick for awhile. I also, like almond milk, and coconut milk.
