My name is cmightym, and I had a baby. I gained 50+ pounds during the pregnancy, most of it being baby stuff and fluid retention (the miracle of life - it is nasty). Now I'm left with 22 - 23 pounds of unwanted mamafat that I'm eager to lose.
But more than losing the weight, I really want my strength back. I was in good shape when I got pregnant, but bedrest at first plus swollen feet and legs later plus c-section recovery most recently = one out-of-shape cmightym. I just want to feel strong again!
So, my plan is to keep to very basic goals since the weemightym is so very wee.
I want to:
1. drink 8 glasses of water/day
2. shower every day
3. take Livy for a walk in her stroller or carrier every day (weather permitting)
4. eat 4 fruits/veggies per day
that's it for now!
