Hey! I just jumped back on Spark People. As a result I had to change my teams as I moved from Colorado about 2 years ago to GA. My husband has become my motivator, he has lost huge amount of weight in the last year. And if he can do it, I can too!!!
I love on the city lines of Peachtree City and Tyrone. I do cross stitching, crochet, online gaming, reading, gardening..and more insane amounts of hobbies. lol

Hello! I'm not exactly new here- I used to be quite active, but then I fell off the wagon. Unfortunately, I put a lot of the weight I lost with Sparkpeople's help right back on, but fortunately I'm feeling awesome and ready to tackle weight loss again. I can't wait to involved here again! I lost 100 pounds the first time, I can do it again (and keep it off this time)!
P.S. I used to be called McPhonium on here.

Hello! I live in Flowery Branch, GA and I just recently joined sparkpeople.com. I would like to lose about 30 pounds and get healthy. I used to be a runner and be in great shape but haven't ran in a while. I don't eat very healthy and I haven't been working out much so I'm hoping that I can get motivated again and most importantly, stay motivated. Looking forward to reaching my goals, helping other people reach theirs and encouraging each other!

I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Heidi and I am hoping to restart this journey this year and make some progress. I am currently just over 300 pounds. In 2006, I lost over 100 pounds and was really feeling great. I ended up having to have my neck fused and was not allowed to exercise or do much else for six months. By the time I was allowed to get back to it, all my want to was long gone. In the past eight years I regained that 100 pounds and became very sedentary. I have lost and regained a few pounds here and there, but as of yet, I haven't been able to flip the switch back on. I am hoping I do it this year.
I have what I call an internal switch. If it is on, I will be very focused and be unstoppable. As soon as it flips off, I am done. I can feel the switch between the two, but haven't yet figured out how to turn it on at will. I hope to on this attempt.
I hope to get to know you all in the coming months.

Hello, I moved to Statesboro about six months ago and I work at Georgia Southern University. We have an amazing recreation center so I joined, but I've only gone a handful of times. I have been very fit and trim before and it felt wonderful, but I've gained back 20 pounds in the last two years. My problem is staying motivated and carving out time to work out.

My name is Christine, I'm 27, and I'm here because I need to lose weight and I need motivation. I've lost weight before, but after starting a desk job, I've gained it all plus more back. I lack the motivation to work hard at weight loss like I have in the past. So now I need to lose about 78 pounds to be in the healthy BMI range. I am determined and ready to make a change (not to keep a resolution, but to keep a promise I've made myself numerous times!!) I'd love to get to know some of you all and hopefully motivate you all as well.

Hi. I'm from Tampa but moved to Statesboro a few years ago to teach at Georgia Southern. I started with Sparkpeople in 2011 after not being able to walk across campus during my job interview and having high cholesterol level results at my annual physical. I had climbed to 256 lbs after years of being depressed from a trauma our family experienced. Since 2011, I've lost 55 lbs. I have lost very little this year but haven't given up. My next goal is 180 lbs, which will take me out of the obese range. I'm happily married with two adult children and three grandchildren (I'm young for all this - 42). I work out three to five days a week and am working on successfully completing a 5 k in the spring. I would love to find someone in the Statesboro area to walk/jog with!

Hello, fellow Georgians. I live in the Athens area. I've been on SparkPeople for a while. I've had periods of activity interspersed with long periods of inactivity, but now I'm back at it again, trying to make some progress toward healthy living goals.
I was wondering if many of the people on this team are still active on SP. Is this the best place to look for recent posts to find out, or is there a better place to check?

Hi Ms. LiveNow and everybody else: I'm Brenda. You mentioned that you lived in Mississippi for approximately 20 years...so did I; I was born and raised in Mississippi and I joined the military in 1987, which is when I left Mississippi. I do often visit, because most of my family still live there. I now live in Ludowici, GA, which is near Fort Stewart military base. My husband is retired military and as I referenced above, I'm a military veteran. Since our 2 children are grown and out on their own, we have the house to ourselves, and our wonderful dog (Lucky). I have now decided to put myself first, after our Almighty God and Jesus Christ of course. I'm ready to uncover the "Me" that's covered up in the excess pounds that I have buried her in. I've read many introductions and although I haven't received any official welcomes yet...I can feel those welcomes in your posts. I'm happy for you and your success thus far Ms. LiveNow!! Thanks for allowing me to come on board everybody!!!

I live in Irwinville, in south Georgia. I have lived in GA most of my life, since I was 8 and in the third grade. I moved to Mississippi after marrying a man from there and lived there for almost 20 years. That is where my daughter was raised and attends college now. But after 20 years, it was clear that I really needed to come home, alone. I don't regret the last 20 years, mainly because of my incredibly special daughter. But I can't exactly say that those years were kind to me, either. I sort of got lost in taking care of other people full time and letting the things I really needed slide to the back of the line. I was treating myself like I didn't matter that much, so I guess everyone around me just followed my lead and treated me the same way. That is not a healthy way to live and I had to get out. Since leaving, I have quit smoking, reconnected with my own family, and started exercising a little each day. I have finally found a new job that meets my needs. I have a long way to go, but at least I'm on my way.
Oh yeah, I need all the positive friends I can get, so feel free to add me, please.

I know I posted another thread but thought I would post on this one a little about myself.
I'm 52 and currently living in the Acworth/Cartersville area. Moved here just a little over 3 years ago. My husbands job transferred him here. I'm married and have a son that's 23, married and living in Alberta, Canada so I rarely get to see him. And I've got a typical hormonal teenaged daughter that won't be a teen much longer as she turns 20 in November.
I joined Spark several years ago and loved it. But then 4 years ago my mother took ill and was in and out of the hospital constantly. I worried constantly about her and seeing that I'm a stress eater my diet went to pot! My mom passed away last November and I've really been taking it hard. Then for the past 6 months my dad has been having a lot of health issues too. Heart trouble which resulted in a pacemaker, broken hip, knee replacement, staph infection. And since my siblings live in Texas it's up to me to run back and forth to help my dad. I spent a total of about 4 months staying at his house so far this year.
Needless to say my diet has just been totally screwed up. But since the doctor told me that between my stress, bp, weight, and possible borderline diabetic that if I don't do something soon it's going to kill me. So I'm going to do something about it and get back to sparking!
Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand.

Hey, I'm Raven (this site was determined not to let me use any variation of my name though). I just joined tonight, after getting fed up with Calorie Count and the somewhat rude people on there. That site just wasn't as good as I thought it would be ...
I'm 41, ex-Army, lived in GA most of my life. When I came out of the service in 2011, I put on about twenty pounds. Twenty turned into thirty, and before I knew it I was at 203. Why? PTSD is the main reason. Social settings and me just don't mix well. Plus for over a year I was staying with a friend in a really, really rough neighborhood and couldn't leave the house without him.
Since moving to where we are now (Mableton area), I've decided the weight has to go. It just has to. I'm miserable. So, I've started watching my calorie intake, hiking about three miles on a nearby trail, doing yoga, cycling the Silver Comet (at a comfortable pace for me), and doing stuff around the house to help burn calories also. I used to jog some, but my right knee is pretty messed up so I had to stop. I did try a gym for about a month, but it was just too much for me. I do better when I'm more or less by myself.
In June, I lost ten pounds (I'd already lost six pounds prior). July, I barely lost three. So far this month, I've only lost one. My doctor says possible adrenal fatigue. I'm struggling to keep going, even though the weight isn't budging. I've come too far to quit. The last 32 pounds have to go, no matter what. I want to start next year at the weight I was when I came out of the Army. I want to be fit again.
And hey, if anyone out there lives near me, I'd be happy to have a walking/cycling buddy.
(Hopefully I'm doing this whole intro thing right also ...)

Hi! I'm new to SparkPeople and the whole online community weight-loss idea, but I'm excited to be here.
I'm in my 20s and a newlywed. I've lived in GA all my life (a native!), and recently moved to the Roswell/Alpharetta area. Being married now, my family constantly asks me when I plan on having children, but I don't want to even consider it before I start taking care of myself. My family has a history of heart disease, cancers and diabetes, so I want to establish some lifestyle changes to prevent myself from going down that hereditary path.
I'd like to run a 5K without dying and build up my overall endurance and strength.

Been here before a couple times through the years, but hopefully I can really stick with it this time. I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Seizures, etc which make it difficult to exercise. Also I have 3 special needs children: 15 yo daughter has Aspergers and Asthma and my 5 yo fraternal twin boys are both Autistic as well as numerous health issues. I thank God they are doing as well as they are. My husband quit drinking! September 15th will be 2 years. Yea! Now if he can just get rid of the cigs! I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and somehow without even trying lost almost 70 pounds, but gained 50 of it back! Uggh!! Anyway, I plan to try one more time to lose this weight since the twins start school this year. First week of school, I plan to catch up on sleep while they're at school then after that, I plan to start exercising and getting this weight off.

Hello my name is Tanya. I have lived in the North GA area for 14 years now. From Marietta to Acworth to Cumming where I live now. I'm originally from the Florida Keys and moved to TN with my son in 1994 to go to college then moved down to GA in 1998 for work.
I met my wonderfully sweet and loving husband when we bought and moved into our first homes across the street from each other in Acworth. God at work!!!
I'm not at the point in my life where I know I can't put off getting healthy anymore. I am 42 and things are going to start going very wrong with my health if I don't change things. I've struggled with my weight all my life and it's time to put an end to it. I joined SparkPeople a couple years ago when i said I was going to lose my weight before I turned 40. You can guess how that turned out.
Well I am trying to do it right this time so I am amercing myself in the program. My son is grown and in college now and my husband could stand to lose a few pounds, so he's on board. So I have no excuses!!

Good Morning:) My name is Tammie. I have been a member of Sparkpeople for years now and am trying to get back in the swing of things after realizing that at age 43, I must make a life style change in order to feel better, mentally and physically.I have recently found out that I have some auto immune issues going on...possibly MCTD(Mixed Connective Tissue Disease) . I will be going for more testing in two weeks but in the past 3 months I have learned that with exercise and anti inflammatory meds, my back and hip pain is decreased. I have been on this team ever since I moved from Alabama to Georgia 4 years ago but not an active member(well not on this team. I am trying to connect and re-connect with fellow sparkers and thought I might give this team a shot. I look forward to making new friends and connecting with those I've already met in hopes of walking this "lifestyle" change with others on the same mission.

Good morning fellow Sparklers! My name is Cathy. I was born in Atlanta, moved to Florida when I was 11, back to Georgia in 1985, off to Texas in 1992, now back to Georgia last month. I am trying to rebuild a life after my husband left me, and came back to my roots in Georgia. I love it here. I forgot how beautiful it is! I live between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, in the mountains. I would love some friends, especially local friends I can meet up with from time to time, because I don't know anyone here. So far I have lost almost 30 lbs., I am almost halfway to my goal of 70 lbs!

I am Anita. I am just finding my way around SP. I live in Southeast GA. So far south that if you go three more miles you enter FL.
I am married, 40 years. Now that's married. Wouldn't you say? We have a friend who says he has been married for 25 years. But what he doesn't tell you is that it has been to 5 different women. HAHA. But he tells it with a straight face. He says he keeps the appliance people in business. I guess he has bought more than his share of washer and dryers.
We have 3 adult children with 4 grandchildren. Of course, they are the smartest children and grandchildren in the world, right after yours. Mine are: One daughter who is a Doctor. She is a Rheumatologist. She has one son. Who is one. We have two sons, both are Nuclear Electricians. They have three girls between them. Ages seven, three and two. All kidding aside they are exceptional children all seven of them. The three adults were exceptional children and are exceptional adults.
We have two dogs. Both rescue mutts.
I have been obese since I had my second child. As a child I was so slim other children made fun of me. As a teenager people called me names like Twiggy, zipper (turn sideways stick your tongue out), beanpole, etc. I actually prayed to gain weight. Well be careful what you pray for. HAHA. Thus, I am here on SP.
Happy GA has a team and delighted to be a part of it. Looking forward to finding and being friends here. Looking forward to giving and getting support.

Hi, I'm Robin. I've been a member of Spark People for a while now, but just this month moved to Peachtree City, Georgia after living in Illinois for the past 10 years. Before that, it was the west coast.
I have 3 children but only the youngest still lives at home. I work from home and now that I don't have the crazy commute I had in Illinois (45 miles one way), I'm working on adding activity and healthy eating back into my life. The past few years saw my weight go drastically up but now I've got more time (and a pool), I'm working to change that and get it moving down again.
My favorite health tool is my Fitbit. I love been able to check it throughout the day to see my steps, stairs, miles and calories burned. It's a great motivator. And I love that the data automatically flows into SparkPeople. Makes tracking a whole lot simpler.
I love reading and writing and photography, and have been known to do little crafting too (knitting, crochet, cross stitch).

I joined Spark People yesterday. My daughter has been on for over 2 months and has lost weight. I see this is more than about losing weight. It's about a new lifestyle and helping myself feel better. I think I'm going to enjoy this and will stick with it. I am a breast cancer survivor. My diagnosis was in 2011. I'm almost 2 years away from my last chemotherapy. I lost weight during that time but have gained it back. I need to lose 100 pounds. I'm married and retired. My husband and I are trying to stay active and we are doing some home improvements at this time. I guess that would be my mose secondary goal is to get our home more organized starting with the kitchen first. We take Tia Chi classes and go for walks. I have just started pilates at the Cancer Support Community. The instructor is wonderful and helps me adapt to my level. I'm doing that on Mondays and Wednesdays. I started two weeks ago and I can really feel my core strength building.
I'm also trying to do Mindfulness practice. I'm trying to just stay in the moment. I like the idea that everyday is Day One. I also like the Spark Points. That is fun becuase I like to play games.
I lke to swim so that's why I'm mamasplash.
I hope all will have a wonderful day.
Keep on Sparking!!!!

Hi .... my name is Sharon and I have been livng in Swainsboro, GA for 4 years now. I originally came from Chester outside of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. I have 3 children and a fiance whom I love more than anything. My weight loss began when I decided to have gastric bypass in 2005 and lost 100 lbs. .... I have since gained back half of that weight which completely depresses me to no end. I have been back and forth with weight loss and gains majority of my life and I felt that after the surgery I was set. NOT SO!!! What no one took the time to tell me was the "maintenance" part of gbs and the consequences of regaining weight again. I actually am not blaming anyone for this except myself. I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY WEIGHT GAIN! I got comfortable and cocky with my results and felt like I was on top of the world with my size 10/12 frame. ( I am 5'1) so weight loss took on a complete change to my small frame and now that I have gained half of it back, I now look and feel like I did from the very beginning when I weighed close to 300 lbs. Friends and family assure me that isn't the case but when you feel defeated, depressed, frustrated, and angry there is nothing that anyone can say to make me feel any better. So, I decided to suck it up and get moving! I am now exercising everyday in which I walk/run for 20 minutes (2nd week), joined SparkPeople, changed eating habits, and run up and down the stairs everyday. I FEEL GREAT! This is yet another of life's journey while I am 40+ and still kicking. I almost died from a pulmonary embolism in both of my lungs two months ago. I will fight for myself and I will achieve my goal of losing 88 lbs.
"I believe that we are who we choose to be. Nobody is going to come and save you You've got to save yourself. Nobody is going to give you anything You've got to go out and fight for it. Nobody knows what you want except you and nobody will be as sorry as you if you don't get it. So don't give up on your dreams!"
Life is too short!!!

My name is Ashley! I live just outside of Savannah, Georgia. I'm 26 years old and I have two beautiful children: Aisley Paige, 4, and Gavin Layne, 2. I an a stay at home mother and an Independant Scentsy Consultant. While I was always plus size as a teen, I was generally happy with my body. Then, I met the love of my life and you know what they say.. you just seem to let go and not realize how far it's gone until it's too late! After I had my daughter I wa about 220 lbs where I was about 180 before pregnancy. I never even had an inkling to work out, I just thought I'd keep eating the way I always did and it'd just go away. Needless to say I packed on about 100 lbs before I found out I was (very surprisingly) pregnant again. I had a very healthy pregnancy with him (thank goodness) and actually lost about 30 lbs the entire pregnancy. After Gavin I thought about working out but I was lazy and I thought.. "I'm breastfeeding this time, it'll help" Well, it doesn't help if you're eating two double cheese burgers, a large fry, and a huge sweet tea. I don't know what clicked but one day I woke up, ordered a work out mat and some DVDs on Amazon, found this website, and I've been pinning like crazy on pinterest. I want working out to be something normal my kids see. I want them to work out as kids and teens so it's normal, so they never become plus size or over weight because they have two fat parents who don't teach them how important it is. Working out while fat is so hard, I'm sure it's difficult at first while you're thin but if you keep at it, it becomes second nature.

Hello everyone my name is Leahia I live in Dalton :) I joined this site some time ago but did not really stick with it giving it another shot now and trying to join some teams for (hopefully) added support. I am currently nearing 300 lbs and need to do something about it now! I have PCOS and am insulin resistant which makes it hard to lose weight. I am currently not as active as a should be but I do try to walk for at least 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. My goal is to lose 100lbs as quickly as possible while doing it at a healthy rate.

Canton Georgia in the house!. So many inspiring stories on here. I found SP a few months ago but only read some articles here and there. Now I want to fully utilize the website and all the inspiration I see from the members.
I am 51 years old 5'11" and weigh 216. I divorced in Febuary. I have lost 41 lbs in the last 9 months and want to shed another 30 lbs. The skinny rules have been my biggest help as a foundation for a healthier lifestyle. I have not exercised at the level I need to be. My excuse has been work as my work is quit physical and I am on my feet 10 hours a day.
Well this weekend I broke my arm so it's time I get to work on myself.
Good Luck everyone!

Hi all. I am new to this site. I am 42, weigh 236# and need to lose ~60# to be healthy. But my first goal is to get to 200. I am also a Type I diabetic with a continuous insulin pump. My other goal is to lower my current HgbA1C from 9 (ouch!) to between 4-6 (normal range). (Hence the screen name.)
I always dread visiting my endocrinologist because I know I am not doing the best I can for my disease state. I always say I am going to do better, but I never do. I know EXACTLY what I need to do to meet my goals. I just don't do it.
It's time to stop floundering around and get busy.
Just wanted to say hi. Looking forward to hearing from you and reading your tips.
I was born in Columbus, and have lived in: Bainbridge, Macon, Doerun, Blackshear, Homerville, Statesboro, Athens, Augusta, and now Braselton, where I've been for 10 years with my hubby of 16 years. We have an 8-year-old daughter.

Hi everyone!! My name is Keisha and I am a GA native born in Atlanta and raised in Decatur. I'm 36 with no kids, which means I should have plenty of time to work out and cook healthy meals...right? Wrong! I am a certified workaholic so I struggle to find time to get in a good workout. I have been battling my weight my entire life although within the past 10 years my weight ballooned to where I am now. I need to lose a 135 lbs to be at a healthy weight and I decided that this time around I want to do this with a support system...so here I am!

I am Heather, I live in Comer, GA (it's close to Athens, UGA) I am a 28 year old mother of one. I joined Sparkpeople about a year ago but I didn't dedicate myself to daily use until two months ago. I have lost 11 pounds since joining 2 months ago but the last few weeks the weight loss has slowed incredibly. I am starting to add in exercise, so hopefully that will help spur more of a loss. I work during the day and take care of my daughter in the evenings. I find it hard to find time for myself to go to the gym so I am working on the exercise with my daughter included. Since she is only 6 we are somewhat limited on the things we can do, but we enjoy walking while she rides her bike or playing soccer (really just kicking ball around, but it counts) I would like to find a weight loss buddy or a team to communicate with weekly. I feel like if I had a partner(s) to help me in this weight loss journey that I might be more motivated. I would like to loose another 40 pounds as I am currently 165. Anyone that would be interested in a weigh loss buddy, feel free to message me. Good luck everyone.

Hello. My name is Veronica and I live in Kingsland GA. Right on the border of Florida. I've lost alittle over 18 lbs since January. I had to take a break after having my gallbladder removed (January 29th, 2012). I am now ready to take my health to another level. I have never been more determined as I am right now. I can't wait to make friends who are as dedicated to their health as I am.

Hi! I'm Jeanne, a 40+ teacher. I live in Lawrenceville, up near Coolray Field. I've been here for almost 8 years, but am originally from Michigan. I lost 65 pounds before I moved and have since regained all of it. I'm excited to use the tools here and lose it and more! I've got a new Corgi puppy so daily walks are a joy right now!

Hello, My name is Shelia and I have been with Spark people for 2 weeks. I have not been able to do much for about five days considering I had the flu. Or should I say I had something that was similar to the flu. I have been doing really well so far. I found this site by surfing the internet. When I had my doctor appointment yesterday, I was surprised to see that he had information on this site. He told me I made a smart move.

Hi, my name is Pam and I just turned 42 and I live in Bethlehem. I've tried on and off for years to establish a healthier lifestyle and it works for a short time and then....fizzles! Last year I used fitness tracker on my phone to log what I ate and when I worked out, that worked well and I lost 9 lbs. However, without any sort of accountability or support and encouragement from others doing the same thing I'm back to where I started. I have faith that this is my year

Hi everyone! I'm a 29-year-old middle school chorus director, church musician, and mom of twin first grade girls from the Atlanta area. I'm glad to be a part of this team! I am trying to develop a healthier lifestyle to be an example to my kids so that they can live a healthy life and not have to backtrack like I'm having to do now. I also want to be an inspiration to my students and show them that perseverance and strong will power are a necessary and lifelong tool.

I have been a Spark tracker for over a year now, but "got off the wagon." I am about to turn 60 and I have determined that I must do something about my health. I looked at other diet plans, but this one makes the most sence because it teaches you how to make the right choices. I love the food and fitness tracker. I live in southwest Georgia and am a high school art teacher.

Hello Everyone! My name is Rose. I am 38 years old and live in Augusta, GA. I joined Spark People Jan. 2012. I did pretty good the first 5-6 months, but then fell off the wagon. It is now a new year and time for a new beginning. I hope together we can keep each other motivated and on the right track.

So, since I am in quite a few groups, I'm sure some of you will notice that the post is eerily similar with only tweaks made to the individual group and my hopes for it. I generally dislike these, 'introduce yourself' threads because to me they are a few very impersonal paragraphs that are supposed to have a personal purpose. So please, bear with me on getting this right.
My name is Bronwyn Pearson. I am recently married to my wonderful husband, Bryan. We live in Milledgeville Georgia! He and I got married on our tenth anniversary of dating. We have a little girl, Ariana, who is four and in Pre-K. She'll be five in March and she can be quite a handfull. I also have two fur children: my cats Akasha, and Naki. They were both rescues, and have their little heart string tugging stories. Both of them sleep on me at night. Normally one will lay on my hip, and the other will lay just below my bent knee. They actually don't get along very well. It is quite common to hear Akasha growling at Naki, who still being a kitten, loves to antagonize her some.
I am twenty-eight years old, and that thought in itself depresses me. To be honest, getting older scares the crap out of me. I'm not the healthiest person alive, as you'll get to know in a little while. I can see mistakes coming back to haunt me, and my body is quickly giving out physically.
When I was younger, I suffered from both anorexia and bulimia. This has caused problems for me later in life such as crazy metabolism issues, problems with organs, and oral health. I also started having seizures late in life from a surgery I had when I was younger. They still aren't fully under control but I am on medication for them that seems to help. Every couple of months is better than every couple of weeks. I also have depression, bi-polar, high anxiety, and OCD. It is also interesting to note that I'm dyslexic, but I love reading and writing. It just takes me a little longer.
I was first going to school for Early Childhood Education, though that quickly changed when I had my own child and they started offering a Paralegal program at my college. However, thanks to my seizures (I can't drive for six months after I have one), I had to drop several classes and decided to take a break from school until I can get them fully controlled. Since then, my life has been filled with little pastimes. I like some videogames and I also roleplay and have begun blogging.
I'm at SparkPeople to try to get a jump start on my resolutions for living a healthier lifestyle and improving myself as a person. Mainly due to the medicines I'm on, I've gained weight and have trouble losing it so I've crossed in to the overweight category by five pounds and two inches of BMI. There are some other goals I have in mind, such as stop smoking and have a better family life. So, here's hoping!

Hi team, My name is Robert, I live in Kennesaw in northern Cobb County. I've struggled with weight most of my adult life, beginning to really to pack on the pounds when I became a "desk jockey" working in an office. I had RNY gastric bypass in Sept 2009 and dropped a 140 lbs as a result, but never made it to my goal weight. I recently quit smoking (June 2012) and have gained about 40 lbs. Ready to kick this in to high gear and begin shedding the weight. But i definitely need the accountability and fellowship to help me get there!

That is an amazing goal and one of mine as well, as breast cancer runs in my family deeply. Wouldn't it be great if we saw each other there, thinner, healthier and rady to make a difference?
