Hello to all! My goals are simple -- lose weight, get fit, enjoy my life again. I was already overweight after having a child, but then gained another 40+ pounds after my dad passed away very suddenly. I have struggled to get into a motivated frame of mind but I can feel myself moving toward it....I just need some extra motivation from others going through the same thing! I am currently 225 lbs and my ultimate goal is to be 125 lbs. I have lost 90 lbs before -- I can do it again.
