I am looking to lose ten to twenty pounds and become healthier! I want so badly to start feeling better mentally, emotionally and physically! I am hoping to start the TURBOFIRE workout and am looking for feedback if anyone has done the workout and if so, if you followed the meal plan that's recommended. Also, did you order the shake? What have been your results? Any words of encouragement is much appreciated!!!! Thank you!!!
