As for the weight loss tracker on your post, I think you can do it through editing your Sparkpage, it should have an option on there and you can choose your tracker and whether it shows up on your post or not. I'm a new mom to a beautiful baby girl, now 6 months old. She is my world. Having her has been a blessing, but it has also bruised my self image. I have gained 50 pounds having her and am having a very hard time getting motivated to get fit. I am 210 pounds and 24 years old. I look back to my teenage years when I was 130 pounds and even then I thought I was chubby, now all I want to do is get back to that. I want to be a fit mom, and be able to run around with my little girl and keep up. I want to show her that being healthy is important. I think I have an issue when it comes to food. I like my carbs, i like to feel full, and i like things that are tasty. I guess you could say I am an over eater, or compulsive eater.. I never use to be like this. I just hope that since Joining SparkPeople, I will find the motivation for change by seeing I am not alone. I hope it goes well. So hello everyone. It's nice to meet ya'll!
