I haven't been on Spark People for a long time but I'm back!!! I am 29, married, and I have 3 sons ages 3, 2, and 6 months. I am a Nursing Student. I have battled with weight all my life, but I am ready to put an end to that. My sister died the weekend before Christmas at age 40. She was obese and had diabetes. I can't keep down this road. I have to turn this thing around.
Sooo...I'm working out everyday, eating pretty low carb, low fat, high veggie. I drink a full glass of water before every meal and snack. In the past I have lost weight but gave up and sabotaged myself, so now I understand that feeling like I have no accountability is my downfall. So I'm reaching out to others in the same boat. Let's motivate each other!
Goal 1: Back under 200 Goal 2: Back under 170 (wedding weight) Goal 3: Under 150 (least I've ever weighed as an adult) Goal 4: 135-145 (ultimate goal weight)
