Welcome to the 20 somethings group and good luck with all of your goals. You hit the nail right on the head when you said that you need to get your eating more under control...diet is a large part of everyone's weight loss success and it is the major reason people do well.
Hi everyone! My name is Kelly and I am 24. My goal over the next year is to lose 50 lbs. I already have a steady work out routine going. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week, but I really need to focus on my eating now. I want to be able to reap the benefits of my hard work at the gym, so it's time to start making the healthy eating choices I know I should make, but don't. Not giving into temptations is something I also need to gain control over.
Zumba is my favorite workout!! I love music and dancing, so zumba is the perfect fit for me. I also really enjoy lifting weights. It feels good to feel strong. When I don't have a zumba class, I like to shoot some hoops to get a little bit of a cardio workout.
I look forward to meeting other people working hard to get healthy and fit, and to get fit myself!
