Hello, I'm trying to get back into a healthier lifestyle so i can play lacrosse again. I used to play in high school, but have been super out of shape since then. I need to lose about 20lbs and put on some muscle to get back to a level where I can be competitive again. I'm tired of the yo-yo dieting and want to change my lifestyle and habits so i can stay healthy for the long run.
