I have been battling weight issues since I can remember, I have been a yo-yo dieter since the age of 13-14, going up and down more and more each time. I have tried each diet fads and non-fads(dieticians) probably atleast twice and am at the point where I just want to be healthy.
I'm getting married next year and want to be in excellent health by then, another really important goal for me is to be healthy before we have children, I have had enough trouble dealing with my weight issues that I do not want to pass that down to my children.
