Hi everyone!

emoticon I'm Callie, I'm 25, a little overweight and ready to get healthy. My biggest problem is emotional eating. I recently went thru an awful break up, and after the first few days of not eating much at all, I wanted to eat the things that make me feel "happy"! Ice cream, potatoes, chicken, Coke, wine, etc! And then I just felt worse about everything. That was the catalyst for me joining SparkPeople, actually. I know this is a problem for me, but I also know I am a strong woman and can overcome this issue as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know many of you in the near future, I hope!

"I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together. " -Marilyn Monroe

"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long." Psalm 25:
