Welcome, it sounds like you are ready to take that all important first step in changing your lifestyle.. There are so many helpful things that you can do, the first to be honest with what you consume. I suggest you track every single morsel you put in your mouth the next week and at the end, see exactly where you stand. The one big thing you need to realize is that this is not a race, and you shouldn't try to change everything overnight, because it just usually doesn't work like that. Well here goes nothing.. or maybe here goes something..
I'm so ready to get out of this rut I'm in. I've been a member of sp for a LONG time,but have never got involved nor cared to cause I didn't want to put myself out there... Well now I'm serious. I'm only 24 and my health is following very close to my mom's who just passed away 2 yrs ago due to kidney failure (@ age 53) I don't really know where to start, or how this site works,but I want to get the most out of it. So any help would be great. emoticon
Looking forward to meeting new people & loosing weight so I can be healthy for myself and for my 20 month old little girl!
