hey! I'm glad to see you asking for help. It is a really tough road sometimes, especially if you are trying to do it alone. I have a lot of sugar cravings, and after talking to a naturopath, I started taking pro-biotics, which seems to help my sugar cravings. It's only been a few days, but I was thinking to myself that it was nice to not have to fight my sugar cravings. Might be something to talk to your doctor about.

I also started reading a book called "50 ways to soothe yourself without food" to help me tackle the emotional reasons that I eat.

Welcome, u can do it! I have lots to lose but I'm plugging away! U can reduce portions by using a smaller plate.

Hi, I have logged on to spark people, and been apart of of spark people for probably over 3 years now, and have never made this step in writing a message, but now that I have pushed myself to being consistent at excersing at least 3 times a week, I feel I am making progress. I have lost like 10lbs since January, however I just at the weight I use to be before I had a aby 4 years ago. I need to loose 25 lbs, and it just seems so hard. I have been just telling myself just push on and do the excersise routine the three times a day, which I don't find boring. But I think I have a problem with food I just CAN'T count calories. I just eat the same, meaning I am more consious with portion size but I still eat junk food, which I don't think I should be doing this as often. I need help with this. HELP!! SUPPORT ME.
