I used to use this all the time and then lost track of it when I started working too much. I am now working less (and luckily making good money doing it) and I am now spending more time on me. I started January 26, 2010 with a goal of losing 50lbs. As of this last Monday I am at 36 lost so far!!
I am so close to reaching my goal that I have added a new goal on to it. That goal is to compete in a Sprint Triathlon on September 26 of this year!! I am so excited and have started training for it. I can still use all the help I can get with my workout and nutrition. I am trying to eat a high protein diet and workout anywhere from 30-60 min. a day.
Any advice that you have learned would be greatly appreciated. I love finding out what works for other people and trying it myself or keeping it in mind if anyone asks me for help.
