Hey all! I have been on SP since 2006 off and on, and have decided it is time for me to get involved more and possibly get the weight down for good. I started slightly below 300 (I know OMG!) and was down all the way to 165. Then I slowly but surely gained until I was about 260 again. I saw these numbers on the scale and it finally dawned on me that I had to do something about it or I would end up with three chins again. I am currently 246 and have been walking on my treadmill for 60 mins a few times a week and doing various strength training routines. I am actually off to walk right now, sop hopefully that little weight ticker will start sliding a little quicker from here on out.
Either you drop that doughnut or we are going to have to grease the doors again!
