Hi guys, I'm Kelly. I've been a member of Spark for so long, and have long since brushed it to the side. I still weigh about the same I did a few years ago when I joined, I've been as much as 15 lbs lighter and 5 lbs heavier. I've just started using Spark again this week, and tracking everything I eat every day. I'm doing it legit style, as I really want to see what my eating pitfalls are. I'm living in a new city in a new country with a new job (actually I've been here almost 2 years now) so I have developed different bad habits. It's such a change after just a week. I am so much more conscious about everything I put into my body. Ok. that's it for now. Good luck to us all.
