Hi, my name is Roland, from Jackson Michigan - I'm here mostly to track calories consumed as I try to reach my goal. I'm more interested in losing body fat % than weight as I'm currently working on Strength Training (Stronglifts if anyone else uses it).
Anyway this site seems to be a great place, and the tools available - including the android app will be very helpful in tracking calorie intake, protein intake, and even making sure I drink enough water - I already knew I drank more than I needed to, but didn't realize I was drinking about 15 or so cups a day!
I'm interested in meeting local friends as well, maybe share our successes, chat, etc.
