Hello! I'm new to Spark People as of last night & I'm really looking forward to using the program. The more I'm reading on here, the more excited I'm getting about losing the weight & becoming a healthier person.
The hardest part for me is time. I'm a full-time graduate student, full-time teacher, and a part-time waitress...so I'm always busy. I'm also an extremely picky eater. I've been looking through many of the recipes on here & they look fantastic.
I'm so excited to be a part of this wonderful community and work towards my goals with you.
