Hello All! I am new to Spark people and I wanted to introduce myself! I am 23 and I love to read. My goal weight lost is almost 150 pounds and I can use all the help and motivation I can get! I am struggling with emotional eating and making good choices, I always seem to make not so great ones. Cutting soda out of my diet and being a diligent tracker of my eating habits and workout habits is priority number one! I'm so glad to have found Spark People and would appreciate any advice or tips on how to really use Spark People to its fullest!
